On award Zulfia state Prize

With the aim of a high honour a woman, giving her a particular respect admitting her unvaluable place in upbringing developed youth who is the future of our independent and prosperious Fatherland, stimulating achievements of talented girls in the development of literature, art, science and culture for a model activity in strengthening believ of agemates in the ideas of national independence and cultural-spiritual values, their active part in precipitating a large-scaled reforms:

1. Approve the statements of Woman Committee of Uzbekistan, Academy of Science, Academy of Art, Public Centre “Manaviat and Marifat”, Writer League, Composers, Architects, funds “Oltin Meros”, “Kamolot”, “Umid”, “Ulugbek”, “Navruz” and also a wide public on awarding Zulfia State Prize.

To admit reasonable awarding Zulfia State Prize annually on the eve of International Women's holiday to one to one representative of Republic Karakalpakistan, region and cities of Tashkent.

2. that :

Zulfia State Prize is given to the talented girls, studying at school, lyceum, college, and high educational establishments, showing a particular talent by excellent behaviour, smart, erudition initiativeness, progress in study, with hard work to realize the idea of independence, for special achievements in the branch of literature, culture, art, science and education;

Zulfia State Prize is given in 50 size minimum of salary.

Students of schools, lyceums, colleges who become candidates of Zulfia State Prize are admitted to high educational establishments who choose speciality without exams.

3. To confirm the models of award mark and diploma of Zulfia State Prize, worked out by Women Committee of Uzbekistan together with the Academy of Science , Art Academy , Public Centre “Manaviat and Marifat” and other appropriate public organizations.

4. To confirm the statement about Zulfia State Prize according to appendix №1, The statement about Commission of award appendix №2 and Commission staff appendix №3.

5. To indicate that the commission on Zulfia State Prize realizes its activity Under Committee of women of Uzbekistan and is supererised by the Committee Chairman.

6. Finance Minister allocates Women Committee of Uzbekistan from state fun necessary sums to make award badge and diploma for awarding this State Prize.

7. To set that awarding Zulfia State Prize is made by the statement of Cabinet of Ministers on the basis of conclusions made the commission on award after careful examining a wide public opinion and various discussion the activities of candidates.

8. To impose the control of executing current statement on the depute of Prime Minister Republic of Uzbekistan D. Gulomov.
