Rules about Zulfia State Prize

1. Zulfia State Prize of Republic of Uzbekistan is given to talented girls aged 25, studying at school, lyceum, college, and high educational establishments who show a particular talent by excellent behaviour progress in study, active in society, hard work to realize independence ideas, for special achievements in the branch of literature, culture, art science, education, and also in public activities.

Zulfia State Prize is given to one representative of Karakalpakstan Republic regions and cities of Tashkent . Together – 14.

2. For State Prize model activity, special achievements of candidates in the branch of literature, culture, art, science education in the last 2 years are presented.

The rule of presentation and filling documents is determined by the commission on Zulfia State Prize under Women Committee of the Republic.

3. Decisions to about presentation to Zulfia State Prize are taken by ministers state committees, local officials, creative leagues, and public organizations.

Creative scientific academic establishments have a right to make suggestions to above-mentioned organizations on choosing candidates to get Zulfia State Prize, and also inform the commission on Prizes about their opinion on presented works.

4. The organization of discussing activities and works of candidates, recommended for Zulfia State Prize, and also opportune presentation of necessary materials is imposed on appropriate ministers, companies creative leagues and other interested.

5. The decision on awarding Zulfia State Prize is taken by the majority of voices by secret voting by the participation more than 2/3 of members of commission and is given to Cabinet of Ministers.

6. The diplomas and badges of laureates who awarded Zulfia State Prize are given in festive ceremony.

The badge of Zulfia State Prize is attached on the ride side of the chest.

7. Zulfia State Prize is not awarded again.
