Rules
about the commission of Zulfia State Prize

1. The commission on Zulfia State Prize of Women Committee of Republic Uzbekistan consists of distinguished men of literature, art, science, education, industrial and other spheres, outstanding representatives of creative leagues, public organization and offices of culture. The staff of Committee is appointed by taking into consideration to changing 2/3 its members every 4 years. The members of the commission do their work form beginning.

2. The chairman of Women Committee of Republic Uzbekistan supervises the work.

3. All work on the consideration suggestions on awarding Zulfia State Prize is imposed on the commission strictly according to the rule about the Prize and preparation necessary proposition to the statement of Cabinet of Ministers of Republic of Uzbekistan.

4. The Commission:

a) accepts documents of the candidates, who presented to the award of Zulfia State Prize.

b) within 2 months before awarding the prime in republic mass media the list of the candidates information about their model activity, works with pointing represented organizations are published.

c) organizes a wide and open discussion by public activities and works the candidates presented for awarding State Prize and contributes to their objective evaluation by public and specialists.

d) examines suggestions taken on awarding State Prize and takes decisions to the Cabinet of Ministers.

e) deals with diplomas, honour badges of laureates of State Prime and organizes their presentation, and also makes payment of cash award.

5. The commission has the following rights.

a) a previous consideration of activities, works of candidates, presented for awarding State Prize, inviting paid experts to prepare conclusions for them.

b) sending materials about their model avidities and creative works, presented to State Prize to appropriate organizations for experts consideration.

c) for introduction in the places to activities and creation presented candidates to the prize sending members of commission, experts or expert commissions to Republic of Karakalpakstan or to the region.
